How We Started
Cait’s Cleaning Co. began in 2022 with a simple goal: to make life a little lighter, one clean space at a time! What started as a small business has grown into a wonderful team serving homes and businesses throughout Durham Region, Clarington, and Northumberland. We’re so proud of how far we’ve come and even prouder of the people who make it all happen!
Our Team
A great clean starts with a great team! Every team member at Cait’s Cleaning Co. receives an initial orientation, health and safety education, & WHMIS, and ongoing hands-on training. We also conduct background checks and maintain full insurance and WSIB coverage, so you can feel confident welcoming us into your space.
We’re all about teamwork, continuous learning, and bringing a little extra care to every space we clean. Because the people behind the clean are just as important as the clean itself.

With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, our founder, Cait, brings a thoughtful, people-focused perspective to the work we do. We believe great service is about more than a sparkling space — it’s about the little details, the personal touches, and making every client feel genuinely cared for. We’re passionate about what we do, proud of the team we’ve built, and believe a little personality makes everything better! ♡
